Your subconscious mind is like a powerful operating system running in the background, storing memories, emotions, and beliefs that influence your daily decisions. It shapes how you see the world and how you react to it, often without conscious thought.
Have you ever had a moment where you reacted strongly to a situation but weren’t sure why? This is often the result of subconscious programming. From childhood, our minds absorb experiences that shape our beliefs—both positive and negative.

The Origin of Cyclical Patterns
Cyclical behaviors stem from subconscious imprints, created by our past experiences. These patterns can be beneficial, like disciplined work habits, or limiting, for example, having a fear of failure-which is rooted in childhood criticism. Without awareness, these patterns keep us trapped in cycles that prevent growth and success.
Breaking the Cycle Through Awareness
Reflecting on past experiences and uncovering the origin of your thoughts and behaviors, is the key to stepping out of the repetitive cycle that is limiting your full potential. For true transformation and change, it is necessary to recognize the root origin of what took place that formed your habits, reactive behaviors and limiting beliefs. The next important step that is necessary is to face it head on, gain an awareness each time an event or words are spoken to activate the reactive behavior, and consciously change your response. This is a learned practice. You cannot unknow it once you uncover the origin.
