Why Do We Stay Stuck in Limiting Cycles?
Most of our behaviors and habits stem from deeply rooted subconscious programming. When left unexamined, these cycles continue on autopilot, dictating our thoughts, emotions, and actions. But what if you could break free?

Understanding Emotional Imprints
Past experiences, especially in childhood, create emotional imprints that dictate how we react to life’s challenges.
For example, if you were constantly criticized as a child, you may now struggle with self-doubt and fear of failure, keeping you in a cycle of avoidance and hesitation, ultimately missing out on the all that life has to offer for you!

How to Break the Cycle
To break free from limiting patterns, follow these steps:
Identify Triggers – Notice when a negative cycle repeats whether it be the repetitive things you say that keep you stuck, events that cause a habitual behavior, etc.
Acknowledge the Origin – Reflect on where this belief or behavior may have started. People, events, trauma, loss, betrayal, can all play a part in the origin.
Reframe Your Thinking – Challenge the belief, work your way through the emotions that come up, recognize that it is past and lay it to rest. Replace whatever it is that came to mind by shifting the repetitive cycle into an awareness, with a more empowering thought, and then let it go. We cannot change the past, but we have the full capability to rewrite our present and future reactions.
